Mission of Chipita Park Association
- To encourage interaction among community members in Ute Pass, particularly in the Chipita Park, Cascade and Green Mountain Falls areas, by providing opportunities for open communication, friendly association, and the development of mutual and individual interests.
- To encourage the spirit of neighborhood through quality care of physical property and promotion of good will.
