The CPA fair annually hosts 20-25 vendors featuring locally hand made:
woodcraft, jewelry, pottery, holiday décor, nature photography, metal art, braided rugs and other textiles, etched & painted glass, candles, birdhouses, bird feeders, wind chimes and more! CPA offers homemade baked goods and other food items for sale.

​​​​While vendors retain their revenue from the weekend, booth fees and food sales benefit the Chipita Park Association and are used primarily for the maintenance and improvement of Marcroft Hall, contributions to the Church of the Wildwood Food Pantry, and other community activities.
